Transform or transforms

Hi, I'll appreciate very much your help with this:

The context in here is a woman who paints cement shelters in colorful colors, in order for the shelters to look better

my text is this:

the transformation of the shelters, which are threatening slabs of cement

Into something calming and peaceful, something good and positive,

-Transform the narrative, the process and the shelters.

and my question is should I use transform or transforms in this context.
