transfer/delegate to

Hello everybody,

Can you please tell me which one is better in:

X as a special skill cannot still be transfered/delegated to a few/several skilful and experienced professionals, as it mainly used to seem.

If you see some mistake, please tell me.

Best regards

Neither transfer nor delegate seem to me to be the appropriate word choice for a skill. Something perhaps like: X as a special skill still cannot be taught / transmitted to other skilled and experienced professionals, as it used to be assumed.

Thanks Mister Micawber. This sounds much better now.

You could use the word "imparted" if it is the communication of knowledge.
