Transfer order purpose

Dear Sir

This is my transfer order email-

Mr.Rayhanul Islam,
ID-20100303
As per Management decision you are hereby transferred from Chittagong to Mymensingh as Zonal Co-Ordinator w.e.f.01.04.18.You are instructed to handover your current charge to Mr.Easin Bhuiyan(ID-20070309),Zonal Manager,Eastern Zone and report for duty to Mymensingh SPD Office on or before 01.04.18.
Your new N-1 will be Mr.Pulak Debnath(ID-20070308),Zonal Manager,Central Zone w.e.f.01.04.18.

But sir join new area on next month due to Due to do not inform my landlord and not having a rented house in a new place purpose.
