Ohi. Well this concept of transcandence reminds me my philosophical-theological studies (stuff done at the high school); as I said transcendence is related to supernatural; so I reckon that when it is said in the sentence in this moment of transcendence the speaker should mean something like in this moment of intense spiriruality.
