Tranformation of sentences

Hello,
I have to change the following complex sentence into a simple sentence.
1. Since they were late, they missed the train.

A. On account of their being late, they missed the train.
B. Because of their being late, they missed the train.
C. Due to their being late, they missed the train.
D.Owing to their being late, they missed the train.
E. Being late, they missed the train.
F. In view of their being late, they missed the train.
G.In the light of their being late, they missed the train.
H. By virtue of their being late, they missed the train.

Are these correct?
