Traffic and housing problems in major cities could be solved by moving large companies and factories and their employees to the countryside. To what extent, do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

In this modern world, cities from all over the world are facing up to traffic jam and housing supply. One of the plausible solutions for these problems is relocating factories and companies to rural areas as well as their employees. I agree with this viewpoint; on the other hand, there are still more approaches used to address two common issues. This essay will discuss the merit of moving factories and companies to the outskirts and other actionable ways to solve those problems.

First and foremost, transferring large companies and factories to the suburb brings advantages to both companies and factories themselves and citizens too. For factories and companies, they have huger land to build their companies as these factories are always extremely and they need vast areas. They do not need to avoid rush hours because, in rural areas, all streets are sparse, so big vehicles such as lorry, train, to mention but a few, can easily reach these factories on time. For their employees, these people do not have to wait for a long time because of traffic congestion, and commuting to work will become easier and simpler. For major cities' citizens, applying this solution helps to reduce traffic jams, relieve pressure on urban housing supply systems due to the shrink of the urban population. Overcrowded roads during rush hours or noise pollution would no longer be serious problems.

On the other hand, relocating large companies and factories cannot tackle these two common problems completely, numerous ways are helping the authority to do that. Another solution like upgrading infrastructure consisting of streets, residential areas has a great impact on solving traffic and housing problems. In that case, urban planning is an approach in which the authority should pay full attention to organize residential areas suitably; therefore, they accommodate a growing population and there are not too many transports on the road.

By and large, moving large companies and factories is a useful solution both for the business and citizens. Besides, upgrading infrastructure is a plausible suggestion to be considered
