It is true that traffic and accommodation are currently serious problems which the authority are finding ways to deal with. Some people believe that government should stimulate companies and corporations to go to rural areas instead of staying in the downtown. While I accept that there are many drawbacks, I would argue that these are outweighed by the benefits of this idea.
On the one hand, the option to transfer businesses to rural areas is disadvantageous to some extent. First, if companies leave the cities and come to the countryside, a lot of employees may suffer negative impacts on their lives. For example, workers have to spend more time and money to go to work every day, so this certainly disorders the habitats of citizens. Furthermore, enterprises may face and sustain heavy financial losses because there are many potential business opportunities will be skipped.
On the other hand, I believe that there are great advantages for traffic and accommodation to be gained by this action. Firstly, the situation that traffic congestion happened all the time in the central city would be restricted hardly. A huge number of private vehicles get entry to downtown areas to carry inhabitants to work every morning. This figure might be reduced considerably if the numerous residents work at places which are all outside of the city center. Secondly, when corporations transfer their factory to the suburbs, they have to construct hostels and tenements for workers. As a result, the demand for housing in the cities will decline sharply.
In conclusion, it seems to me that there are many advantages of transferring businesses out of the cities, although this decision also has some notable disadvantages.
