2. There are some antique temples which are unique and have many traditional features. A feature is a characteristic that something has or possesses, not an object that is inside of it.

As in #2, which is the subject of "have many traditional features", Kyoto or temples?

There are some antique temples which are unique and have/having many traditioal features.

Should the word "have" be replaced by participal "having"?
