Tough

Hi

Mike can run 10 kilometers and he's not tired, he's very tough.

--- Is "tough" a good word here? Maybe there's a better word for someone who can do something for a long period of time and is not tired?

I think tough can qualify for informal talking. But resilient , I think, is more appropriate.
