Topping?

Suppose you add whipped cream on top of a coffee or a cordial, is this called a topping, or is there a better woed?

Apparently you're right. I couldn't find anything else in a quick search.

For a drink, "with whip" is the most common way to say it. A pretentious barista might say "con panna".

I usually only hear "topping" in regards to ice cream or pizza.

I couldn't find cordial/liqueur/coffeewith whip on line, except in the dubious phrase with whip cream.

I did find several toppings though.
