They assist students on a daily basis by providing information and encouraging them to interact with other classmates. They involve them in a variety of academic and class activities such as quizzes, competitions, and school events, allowing them to gain knowledge and develop interpersonal skills. Their engagement with the learner will help them recognize their strengths and guide them properly. The suitable environment also aids the child in imbibing and displaying their understanding more quickly. For example, many students gain good conversation skills after they finish school. The tutor’s approach effects the child’s development in terms of book knowledge and ability to communicate with others.
