No one can deny the fact that teachers play an important part in teaching children and teenagers. Some criterions of a good trainer that are essential for considering one as a good teacher are the accurate knowledge in their subject, patience, and ability to inspire the students’ passion.

There is no doubt that knowledge is a quality that a good educator must have. It is essential for them to have a strong knowledge that they are teaching whenever the students ask. Beside their professional knowledge, the teachers have to enlarge their general knowledge about the society to explain students whenever they confuse and satisfy their curiosity.

Another significant quality should have is patience. A great trainer is very patient with their students to deal with the same questions and problems over and over again. When the students are in trouble with the subject, they need to be caring and explain slowly until the learners can understand clearly. Therefore, it is true that the instructors never give up on the students and would try out new ways to help them succeed in school.

Last but not least, a good teacher always has a success in inspiring the students’ passion for studying in the class as well as out of.
