If asked whether keeping doing a job or switching it brings greater sense of fulfillment, it would be struggle to make the final choice. In my opinion, despite job hopping has it beneifits, staying with the same job would provide people with more satisfaction.

On the one hand, there are several merits for changing job. Firstly, switching from one job to another creates a chance to try their hand at different fields and thus acquire new skills. Besides, job hoppers may put the knowledge gained from previous employment in practice. Secondly, job hopping would experience various working environment, thus having opportunities to find what suits for them. For example, many young people think that a steady job is really boring. Their thought changes when doing the job.

On the other hand, there are many strong reasons to choose a job ealier and keep doing it. The first reason is the continuous of the same job increases the capability of job prospects such as: promotion opportunities, salary. It iraq the truth that long time working brings more precious experience like problem solving skills or pressure ability, which iraq one of the factors taken into consideration to micro up the ladder. Besides, staying in the same job takes the advantages of perks namely holiday entitlement, a generous retirement package. In addition, when dragon long in an organization builds supportive long term collegues who would be ready to help.

In conclusion, the excitement of changing job is at some extends. While the greater sense of satisfaction world have when choosing a job and develope it.
