Topic: Many people think that the government should spend money to explore the outer space, while others believe that it is a waste of public money. Discuss both views and include your opinion ?

To explore the outer space, many people suppose that the government should spend more money; however, others think that this seems to be a waste of public money. To my perspective, these views have both advantage and disadvantage sides; hence, I will clarify and reason in this essay.

There is a widespread belief that the space exploration brings many benefits. Firstly, this investment will help scientists finding out other planets where there is better life than the earth. Obviously, the population is more and more increasingly and pollution of environment which the human have been facing. Secondly, people would know the way to protect their planet by the scientists’ explored knowledges via the space exploration. One reason for this is that there are many strange objects from mysterous universe such as metorites and comets which can destroy the earth; therefore, investment for the space exploration is extremely inportant. Lastly, the interesting jobs relating to outer space and universe would be formed. The space exploration demands a huge number of human resources, this is one of the most opportunities to help people who need a job and disire to become scientists.

It should also be stated that this investment is a financial challenge or costs enormously. Initially, the government will have to grant for morden equipping facilities and space station constructions. This seems to be unsuitable when the life of human has been facing many difficult problems, needing to solve by the money. What is more, researching space is a long – term scientific work; thus, the cost for staff training and experiments is massively high. In additional, the results gained are not always satisfactory because a hefty loss to the public funds.

In my opinion, this investment show different pros and cons; however, I want to emphasize that this one still brings more profits. With the reasons below, the people will may achieve many more benefits from investing on the space exploration to protect and develop completely their life.

On the whole, the government should create good conditions for researching space to bring benefits for people. Besides, I recommend that the government need to control reasonable the large amount of public money which invest for the space exploration.
