Topic: In the future, there will be a higher proportion of older people than the younger people. Is it a positive or negative development?

In the developed population area, the acceleration in the growth of technology and economy lead to the decent living standard of people. Besides, the radical main causes of the longevity is that citizens have gotten the daily intake of the healthy products such as the porridge oats, have better medical care and anti – aging technology. Nevertheless, some persons are afraid that the sharp increase of the greying people will pose the serious threat to the society. As far as I’m concerned, the upwards of this issue far outnumber than the positive downwards.

On the one hand, several commercial matters associated with the high rate of life expectancy can be anticipated. Although had accumulated much more pension per capital, the elderly spend less consumption, which results in economic stagnation. Furthermore, the government would utilize the money to invest the capital construction instead of giving the pension, which lead to various profits. The other pressure of this phenomenon is the deficiency of younger resources which can pay taxes for the development society through their contribution and highly effect working.

On the other hand, the old generation should be celebrated as a valuable asserts rather than viewed as a burden on community. The nation has improved remarkably by dint of their succession when they were young. Having posed the far- reaching experiences, the old people are likely to become an instructor for the young generation embarking on the wise determination. The most noteworthy matter of this issue is that they are not only moral baby sisters but also enthusiastic volunteers for the charities or service communities.

In conclusion, we are going to be old one day like our grandparents, so that we should respect and not to underestimate their appearance. Although there are some negative affects to our life, we are better than draw our attention to the positive sides. The greying people should be enjoyed the rest of their life to make up for their hard working life.
