Furthermore, the society is more and more modernized making people to spend most of their time for working. In fact, they can not participate in a football team after an exhaustingly working day or wake up early to do exercise if they had to working all last night. Lastly, the most popular reason is that facilities for walkers and bikers are not fully invested. Pecisely/certainly/, it is extremely hard to walk under the baking sunshine if there is no trees’ shadow; besides, sidewalks are occpied, no resting termials.
With reasons below, the encouragement for individual walking or cycling is extremely necessary. Initially, government should redesign the city center with facilities for travelling on foot or bike. In specific, building private lanes for predestrians or bikes, projecting for greening the city to prvide more natural shadow. What is more, the local authority should also offer incentive policies to office workers who commute by walking or cycling. As an example, giving them holiday packages or associating facilities for travelling and cycling in working places.
Besides, there are also many other feasible approaches to be adapted particularly for walking. For example, walking streets should be added more social events and activities with the main purpose to boot the excitement of walking. Moreover, the media is the best ways to spread and recommend healthy walking lifestyle. As a result, we can avoid many harmful diseases such as obesity, heart attack and improve energy, vitamin D.
In conclusion, the shortage of people who choose walking and cycling on a daily basis is more and more popular with various reasons. However, the health is one of the most precious things of people; therefore, it can not deny that the encouragement for individual walking or cycling is excessively important. I recommend that the government should invest more positvely in the sectors which relate to walking and cycling and each self – people must have a sense about ourselves health.
