Topic essay: Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves?

Some people think that wealthy countries should support poor countries in some aspects such as food or education,... Otherwise, some people think the local governments have to deal with these issues by themselves. In my view, I agree with the first group more but their helping should only stop at providing such as food and educations.

Firstly, in poor countries, starvation, illiteracy, crime, and terrorism are killing the citizens of these countries. In the contrast, some countries are too wealthy. If there are no actions to help each other, this contradiction will increase significantly. The wealthy country gets more wealthy while the poor countries get poorer. Consequently, the poor countries will become bondage of wealthy countries. So sharing wealth is one way to prevent this bad future from happening. Secondly, although there are differences in anything, every people in all countries is also one part of the world. We can not turn a blind eye to those who lack food and sleep,... Helping poor countries is not only a good deed but also a task to build a better world. On other hand, sharing the wealth with poor countries is very necessary but this help should be limited to avoid countries becoming dependent on aid. Furthermore, some poor countries will take advantage of this.

In my opinion, this helping has also a good side and bad side. We need to know well to avoid its bad side and practice its good side.
