Toparse con el item

Good afternoon to everyone,

I am currently working with the Oracle and I have a question regarding how to say " Me topé ó me encontré con el item". Actually I would like to know if I am using the following sentences well and if you know more so in that way I can get my vocabulary increased. Thereby , feel free to add other expressions with the same meaning, please
  • I bumped into the item
  • I came across the item
  • I encountered the item
  • I came through the item
  • I ran across the item
  • I found the item
Many thanks folks
