Hello my dear friends in EnglishForward. I have a question. Can you please tell me what the bold part in the paragraph below means? Does it mean that Jasmine's IQ had increased 10 % as a whole? So what are "for her age" or "top" supposed to mean here? I'm confused! I'd be really grateful if you help me.

In a recent assessment by the school psychologist she was identified at the bottom percentile in working memory.
This is why she forgot the teacher’s instructions and why she struggled in maths. Armed with this information, Emma looked for solutions and came across Jungle Memory in her search. Jasmine used the programme over the summer. When she started school in September her teacher was amazed. She said that Jasmine was a completely different student, and you wouldn’t know that she had learning difficulties. Jasmine was no longer classified as a student with special learning needs; she no longer needed extra help in the classroom, and her grades improved. Emma noticed a big improvement at home as well. Jasmine could accomplish what she needed to do without feeling frustrated. When Jasmine was retested by the school psychologist her IQ had increased to the top 10 per cent for her age and her working memory had improved to an average level.
