C ould you please provide us with the latest actions taken on it? 'taken on it' modifies the noun 'actions'. 'taken' is a past participle, and you can use that to modify a noun.

  • C ould you please provide us with the latest actions taken on it?
  • 'taken on it' modifies the noun 'actions'.
  • 'taken' is a past participle, and you can use that to modify a noun.
  • 'took' is the simple past, and you cannot use that to modify a noun.
  • I don't think it's possible to "provide actions", so I can't see that your sentence makes sense, but anyway, now that I've corrected it, at least it's grammatical.
