Too/either

Hello,

Everyone has been taught this:

I like that song too.

I don't like that song either.

What about:

I, too, don't like that song.

How would you please explain that? Emotion: smile Is it emphasizing the "I"?

Is this "construction" better avoided then? To be honest, I've never used it in spoken English myself.
