Too/also/as well placement

Which are correct:

1) Jane came here yesterday. John came here yesterday too.
2) Jane came here yesterday. John too came here yesterday.

3) Jane came here yesterday. John came here yesterday also.
4) Jane came here yesterday. John also came here yesterday.

5) Jane came here yesterday. John came here yesterday as well.
6) Jane came here yesterday. John as well came here yesterday.

They are all supposed to mean the same thing.
