Too vs either

Hi.

I’m not too worried about it.
I’m not worried about it either.

Are those sentences express the same?

Thank you.

They are essentially the same, but the second one implies that someone else, previously mentioned or spoken to, isn't worried about it. Too is not in conflict with either , and it could be used in either sentence. Here, too is more like 'very' rather than 'also'.
