"too ... to .............. not ... enough to"

He is too ill to go to school.
Can I rewrite it as the following ways?
(1) He is not fine enough to go to school.
(2) He is not well enough to go to school.
(3) He is not healthy enough to go to school. Thanks in advance.

Dear fivejedjon, I have known that "fine" has the same meaning as "well or healthy". If you don't mind, I'd like to know why "fine" can't be used here. Thank you again.
