TOO TIGHT/ TOO TIGHTLY / AT A SLOPE

Could you please help me with these 3 sentences?

1 The cap is on too tight/tightly.

How would you express this?

2 My side of the bed isn't flat, but at a slope. (pull out couch)

3 Take the route with the least amount/number of subway changes as you have to take into account the wait for each subway when you transfer.

Thank you
