Too sun-shining/bright?

I don't which word is used more often to describe a condition where it's unbearably sun-shining? (And yes I say the former most of the time, but I have never heard of anybody else say this, though, embarrassingly enough)

Thanks in advance

No actually I want to describe a "place" instead of just the sunshine itself,
for example,"It's too bright here".

Is that OK?
