Too rotten to be eaten

Hello,
Could you please help me with the following sentences?
Are all of them ok?
  1. The cheese was too rotten to eat. (i don't think this one is correct)
  2. The cheese was too rotten to eat it.
  3. The cheese was too rotten to be eaten.
  4. She cooks better than me/I do.
  5. She is a better cook than me/ I am.
  6. The meal was so great I ate everything that was on the plate.
  7. The meal was so great that I ate everything that was on the plate.

In my opinion all your sentences are correct but as people don't always agree on correct usage, doubtless there are other opinions. CB

They are all fine for me, too, though the 'it' of #2 sounds redundant (#1 is particularly common and correct).
