Too new

Are these sentences both correct and if there are is there a difference in their meanings:
1-He is new at his job to be arriving late every day.
2-He is too new at his job to be arriving late every day.

Gratefully,
Navi.

Didn't you ask an almost-identical question about "young" and "too young" almost two weeks ago?

In such situations, please don't start a new thread; bump your original post. The forum can become very messy if we have different virtually identical questions in different threads.
