Too many "that"s in this sentence?

Hi,

I was writing this formal letter and in this sentence I felt like there were too many "that"s.

I would also like to mention that we have recently come to know that the previous records of the vehicle 2 address were incorrect. The address with the correct unit number is as follows:
Without out the first "that":

or without the second "that"

For me, it doesn't sound right with just one that. I was wondering how can one deal with a problem like this?

Hi Why not just omit 'that we have recently come to know' ? Or do you feel that is critical information? I would also like to mention that the previous records of the vehicle 2 address were incorrect.

Why not just omit 'that we have recently come to know'? Or do you feel that is critical information?

There is nothing wrong with having 'that' twice in the sentence, however, Yankee's suggestion is good.

Hi Amy, yes you are right, that would be a loss of information if I didn't specify whether it was recently or not.

I was interested in the correctness of grammer, and from your replies it seems using that twice is perfectly fine.
