Too many commas?

Is the punctuation of these sentences OK or do they employ too many commas?

I developed this further in the summer of 2015 when I interviewed David Bowie's former drummer, Woody Woodmansey, for CultNoise Magazine.

I am interested in establishing links with other creative professionals, discovering new publications to write for, and sharing my work with a larger audience. My professional website contains links to all of my previous publications, and excerpts from my portfolio.

The only comma I would remove is the final one, following 'publications'. A series of two phases doesn't require a comma.
