Too loyal to the company

I don't think Jack would ever leave his job. He is too loyal to the company.

Hi,

It is believed here that "too loyal" in the above sounds bad, so it's better to reword it as "extremely loyal." Is it true to you? Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

Sure - he's too loyal to leave.

You can't see that movie. You are too young. You are too young to see the movie.
I just can't get up. I'm too tired. I'm too tired to get up.

In the first one, you may have to be 17 to see the movie. If you are 16, you are too young. It doesn't mean you "extremely" young.
