Too In depth vs too much in depth

Could you help correct these please?
Does one say
Too in depth or too much in dept
Too in detail or too much in detail.

Can you say that a contract has grey areas?
We didn't talk too in depth / too in detail /too much in detail. about the terms of the contract so there are grey areas.

We didn't specify all the terms of the bet. There is a grey area since we didn't talk about winning in extra time. I really don't know if I won the bet since the team won but in extra time.

Thank you
