Could you please tell me what's the connotation of that phrase stated in the thread title? Does it basically mean something like "I don't care"?

Yes.

I have never heard this "Too glam to give a ****." But if I were to guess at a translation, it would be this: I am too glamorous/beautiful/whatever to care. In other words, those that are beautiful (and rich, famous, thin, young, and so on) don't need to worry about things.

Yes, you don't care because you are supposedly too "glam" ("glamorous") to need to worry about whatever is being referenced. The phrase is humorous, and made largely to create the rhyme. Cf. "Too cool for school".
