Too, as well, also in negative statements

Can we use too, as well, also in negative sentences instead of either if we give additional information? Are these sentences correct?

  1. I was too tired and I didn’t want to go to the party too.
  2. They have really good food and it's not very expensive too.
  3. I didn’t have money and I didn’t have food too.
  4. I let Bob go home. I don't know why Jack has gone too.
  5. Could you, too, not take my things without my permission?
  6. It was a really nice hotel, and it wasn’t very expensive as well.
  7. I was lost and I didn’t have money as well.
  8. Why don’t you come along as well?
  9. He doesn’t speak English and he doesn’t know anyone here as well.
  10. I don’t know who she is. I also don’t understand why she is here.
  11. Don’t forget the ticket and also don’t forget to take your passport.
  12. I don’t want to go there, but I also don’t want to stay here.
