Too and Enough?

Hi! everyone.I am confused about using "too and enough".
As far as I know "too" is used to imply that one is way far inadequate to do something?
I read it on web,She is too good for that. (According to me it means that she is so much good that she can't do that.I think it should be -She is good enough for that-)Am I correct here?
Q2- Situation-Me in my friends house-I say-Take care with this powder, don't drop it on the floor,it is poison, lest your cat should lick it and die.
My friend-No,Tomo (his cat) is too intelligent to eat it. Is this sentence possible?(According to me it means that ,my cat is so much intelligent that she won't eat this powder as she will perceive that it is poison)
Is it also right if my friend says-She isn't ignorant enough to eat it.
Thanks!

The way you are using the terms "too" and "enough" require opposite adjectives. For example: intelligent and stupid. Think of it as a line with Stupidity on one half and Intelligence on the other.
