It is often said that the main wealth of the country is its population, whose work ensures the well-being of residents, their children, and grandchildren. Since the money of the country comes from the taxes of its citizens. Therefore, the next generation of the working class is our children. We always say, “Children are the next leader of our country”. Through this, we must keep our children in good health and strong mind.

Malnutrition and unhealthy lifestyle is a global problem that comes in different forms. Affecting all age groups, all sexes, wealthy and poor people at some point in their lifecycle, from early childhood to old age (Unicef, 2017). All children have the right to life and right to have health, which means access to information services to clean water, food and proper sanitation. Children need to live in a safe environment, free from violence, girls and boys should have access to education. (Unicef, 2018).

Evidence suggests that the origins of obesity and non-communicable diseases, such as cardiovascular heart disease and diabetes may also lie in early childhood. World trends indicate an increase in the prevalence of obesity in almost every country. Some argue that obesity is the result of a complex combination of genetics, family education, psychological variables and a variety of external factors that affect nutrition and physical activity. (Choquet, Meyre, 2011). However, it is unlikely that a rapid increase in the prevalence of obesity in children can be associated with genetic changes. In addition, it should not disregard people's personal responsibility for their own health. It is very important to determine the factors that make overeating and passivity so widespread. In this regard, a special concern is a market for high-calorie food and beverages, especially for children.

In the case of ...., I will do research on improving children’s nutrition through education targeting age from 7 to 12 years old in .... schools. I will provide solutions in order to improve their knowledge about nutrition and health behaviors at schools through education. So they have an equal opportunity to learn and become skilled in order to participate in developing the economy.
