hi every one
I wanted to know if the following sentence is grammatically write;(if yes,where is the problem?)
Using experimental methods to calculating the floodwater volume,may give us wrong results.

The only glaring grammatical error I see is the hybrid verbal (infinitive/gerund) "to calculating."

"Using experimental methods to calculate the etc."
"Using experimental methods in calculating the etc."

I don't think the comma is necessar
