Toilet problem method to explain.

I need help. Right now I am in a state where I haven't had toilet for few days or as often I should have. Now today at the evening will go to see a doctor. How will I explain this problem to him formally and properly so that he could diagnose my problem.

Note - it's not a mind made story it's really happening to me.

I've been constipated for three days. My bowel movements have changed recently. No disrespect – it's important to deal with changes in bowel habits – but have you first tried taking a gentle laxative, or consulted a pharmacist about changing your diet?

You should use made up instead.

Liton DasI haven't had toilet

This is not good. It would be better to say that you have not been to the toilet.
