To+have + v3 or To+v1

Hello everyone. I am curious what the difference between them is.

Let me give an example.

1-) I didn’t prefer going to the cinema to be with my friend.

(What do you think that it means? I think that it means “I didn’t prefer because I was going to be with my friend instead of being at the cinema. But I wasn’t with my friend when i decided not to go.”)

2-) I didn’t prefer going to the cinema to have been with my friend.

(I think that it means “I didn’t prefer because I was with my friend, so i was tired for the cinema. When i decided not to go, I was with my friend or before i decided not to go, i had been with my friend.”)

Am i right?
