To/for his own enjoyment/pleasure?

Dear Everyone,

I’m hesitating what preposition to use with these words and whether it sounds good English to put the word "own" in the phrase.

to his own enjoyment
for her own pleasure

E.g.: She wasn’t really good at dancing, she was doing it for her own pleasure/enjoyment.

Could you, please, let me know how the phrase should be? Thank you.
