To/for?

Can anyone please tell me the difference between to and for in this context and what you would go with?

I have been really busy lately. Being a single mom is not easy. I've barely had a minute to/for myself.

Both mean the same. "to myself" is more common. In your sentence, it means one minute dedicated to yourself.
