Only available sports game on tv for me is the soccer game. Or

At minimum it should be "The only...", but neither sentence seems very natural. You could say it in various ways, such as:

"The only sport on TV is soccer." -- if you're talking (or complaining!) about general TV coverage.

"The only sport I can get on TV is soccer." -- similar, but with particular reference to the channels that you can receive.

(2) If you mean that soccer games are the only sports that your television station offers, then I would choose "to" and change the order of the words to something like:

The only sports programs (that are) available to me (us, my family) are the soccer matches.
