Toeic Grammar Question

Hello, there

This is a grammar for Toeic.

_______________ the consumers who bought FTC's new model were not entirely satisfied with its quality.

(A) Many of

(B) A great deal of

(C) Almost of

(D) All

The correct answer is D.

However I don't know why 'Many of' is not correct.

Could you help me?
