TOEIC Error Recognition VII

I packed my suitcases for the trip last night, but I haven't had a chance to call the travel agent and ask her if she books a hotel room for me.

Do I have to change books to booked or has booked?

If you are sitting an exam, use "has booked". If not, use either as long as the meaning is clear.
