Toeic correction

I am an english teacher and I just have a technical inquiry and I need your help. As you know, we administer TOEIC and TOEFL Tests in collaboration with ETS. The correction is done by ETS. In parallel, we hold training sessions for our candidates in preparation for the tests. I would like to know there is a special software that you use for that purpose. Is it done with the help of a Xerox machine or simply a scanner? In view of the bulk of copies we need to correct, my main concern is to guarantee a better management for testing. I would be very grateful if you could help me on this point.
