Proficiency Tests & Test-taking

TOEFl/IELTS, GRE

I applied for a scholarship and was told to provide TOEFL/IELTS or GRE. In my application i told them that i did my degree in English as Zimbabwe is an English speaking country. So what information can i provide that will convince them that i do not need to take an English test. Victor
