Dear all,
Can anyone help me clairy the following two questions which are from the TOEFL test? Thanks a lot!

1. Ragtime is a musical form developed and brought to maturationbetween 1890 and 1910 which is rooted in several musical tradition.

Is there any word or phrase wrong in the above sentence?
2. A: In order to get into this school, you have to be fromCalifornia.
B: Just my luck.
Is the person B from California or not? What does the phrase "Just my luck" imply?
3. A: After dropping that course, you must have a lot of free timenow.
B: Well, you would say that.
Sorry. As for this, I don't quite remember the exact test question. Does B agree or disagree with what A said?
