Hello there. Can someone please check and rate my TOEFL essay?

Essay topic: Young people enjoy life more than older people do.
Do you agree or disagree?

Our age is one of the most important parts of human's live because it is how we feel and what we can allow ourselves. Some may think that older people enjoy life more than young people; others may disagree. In my view, young people enjoy life more than older people do for two reasons.

First, it is well known that young people are healthier and more active than older people. Youth can do any physical activity they want because of having more energy during a day, moreover, they can recreate themselves faster than older people after any hard work. For example, I have a cousin who is a builder in my hometown, Moscow. He works in the biggest building organization called 'The Renaissance', which helps to create a different business centers for non-government companies. My brother's brigade are also given a lot of difficult work during a day by their guidelines, such as to roof over whole building for one week, therefore, they have to be in a good physical condition to cope with this. After a long busy day he usually sleeps like a log, whereupon he recreates himself easily and goes to work again. On the other hand, I have a grandfather who is seventy five years old now, he used to be a professional long-distance runner at his twenties, furthermore, he could run all day long, but now he cannot even clean a carpet, because he feels tired and exhausted easily. As you can see, youth have no limitations to enjoy any physical activity they want.

Second, youth tend to adapt to the technologies easier than older people. There are a lot of new technologies such as personal computers, tablets, mobile phones nowadays which older people didn't have many years ago, consequently, it would be hard to accommodate themselves to the modern inventions. For instance, The Internet was created not long ago. However, my grandmother who is in her eighties, still cannot understand how the world wide web works. She says that when she was a young girl, they didn't have any social networks and applications to chat with friends, she just rang the friend's bell and went for a walk together, that's why it is quiet tough to adapt for something new. In contrast, when my younger sister was given a mobile phone as a birthday's present, she understood how it works immediately because she was already familiar with mobiles. This experience taught me that youngsters are faster in adapting themselves to technologies.

In sum, though some may oppose my opinion, it is clear that being young is easier. Not only they are stronger and can allow a different physical activities but also can easily adapt for new technologies. That is why young people enjoy life more than older people do.
