In this fast - changing world nowadays, the global phenomenon of urbanisation from the beginning of industrialisation has brought opportunity and prosperity, although it's a cost in the quality of life. Despite its considerable influence , many citizens have not yet realized the complexity of the challenges also increases, with an increasing city population. This essay will analyze potential causes and implement some viable solutions of this trend.

To begin with, people should recognize that the decrease in the quality of life is the paradox of wealth that has affected such urban centers. In addition, the growth of international organizations is largely due to the increase of opportunities on offer, which in turn increases their attractiveness, essentially they are stuck in a positive self-reinforcing cycle. On the other hand, this eventually leads to a decrease in quality of life as large cities can overload experience , overly high real estate prices and increase competition with foreign companies. Take VietNam as a typical example to illstrate this point, in recent years, the percentages of unemployment witnessed a dramactic increase in urbanisation ; people who have just graduated from college and have going to work, but not the industry they want, because the companies demands too much experience, leading to pressure on workers.

Cosidering the solutions, greater investment in public transport would ease traffic congestion, as would walking lanes. In theory this would reduce air pollution , physical activity and possible improve the wellbeing of the population if they did adopt a more active lifestyle and walk to work. Besides, the government support people who are living in poverty or unable to work, meaning that people not only can decreasing difficulty but also its help improving quality in modern city. Entrepreneurs , for instance , who organize job placement events for graduates and unemployed people, therefore greatly created opportunities for emploment.

As suggest above, a wealthy city attracts a large population inflow, which then causes pressure on existing infrastructure and occupation. Various solutions exist to mitigate such drawbacks, nevertheless an indefinite solution has yet to be found
