It is true that mobile phone and computers are increasingly used by people in modern life. While I accept that this helps people lots of benefits in their lives, I believe that it also has some negative impact on communication skill with others.
On the one hand, there are a variety of advantages why people use these technologies. One the reason is that technology allows people to gain some valuable skill on communication with other people. Nowadays, people can see and discuss together in different locations by using the Internet. In addition, everyone has the ability to connect with friends and family from another country. Thanks to the development of social networking such as Facebook, Skype or Viber, people can keep in touch with others is much simple. Furthermore, everybody is capable of drawing inspiration through interesting TV programs like Ted which taught them how to communicate well in the real life.
On the other hand, it seems to be that people are more and more dependent on technology and I believe that it is one of the main factors make a negative impact on people. Instead of using cellphone and computers to study and work, lots of people become over-reliant on them. This is best illustrated with the example of people used technology in order to play games, watch movies and make new friends via the Internet. They spend almost all the time to find the happiness from the unreal world. This lead to people does not want to spend more time with their true friend and their families. Secondly, together with cutting-edge technology, speaking take a place of messages. As a result, from time to time, people can lose their confidence when they communicate in the face to face way and discouraging real interaction.
In conclusion, it is certainly true that technology can be an important device for many people today, but this is by no means it does not bring the bad influences for users.
